What is Business Security Information?

During the past twelve years there were many times I was called in to assist a business after a theft or other type of security incident.  My job was to determine why it occurred and how I could help prevent if from occurring again.  At this point, most of the businesses had spent money implementing or upgrading their security and did not have additional funds to make further changes.  Recommendations were given to the businesses, but they usually could not implement further improvements until additional funding was available.  It was during these times I thought that if I could have provided security information to businesses before they decide to implement or improve their security, a lot of the problems could have been avoided.  This is when I started forming the idea to develop this security information website.

Business Security Information is a blog aimed at small and medium-sized businesses.  The site is dedicated to helping you protect your business.  The information on this site is mainly geared towards those businesses that do not have full-time security staff.  In any business, but especially in small and medium-sized businesses time is limited.  Using Business Security Information to keep up with relevant security information can assist you in protecting your business.  Let me do the research so you don’t have to.

On this site you will find information covering a wide variety of computer and physical security issues.  Both technical and non-technical security issues will be covered.

Please remember to subscribe to the site to make sure you are notified when new information is posted.  RSS Post Feed
